“Who would I speak to about difficulties getting channels to load up or stay connected when playing. Example I am watching a show on ABC and it will shut down (screen freezes and then picture goes blank), it doesn't do it with all channels”

• Try moving your antenna around to get a better signal, if your on cable or satellite I am not sure what to tell you.
