• From watching from my directv "cable box" , I simply select the asterick ( * ) and then go to picture and then advanced picture to get the rest of the picture choices, like contrast and tint.

• Yes you can modify. Select your "*" on your Roku controller it will take you to settings. You can modify a myriad of factory settings VIDEO, AUDIO, COLOR, CONTRAST, etc...
