QuestionRemoved plastic from door opening & front number panel. FAQ made me feel that there's plastic around the sides of the microwave, which I have not found. Is there plastic on the sides too? And if so, does it harm the microwave, if you have not found it?

- Answer Hello, there is a clear plastic coating around the microwave. This has to be removed prior to using the unit. You may apply a piece of tape to the edge of the unit to help in removing the plastic film.

- Answer You have to press Clock, then fix the time you want, then press Clock again. It should stay on after that.
