How secure are these for mountain biking? null

Haven't tried them that way, but for running and working out, they stay in place no problem. They are flexible and wrap around the ear, and are light, so they don't hurt.

They are not secure on my ears at all. I am constantly catching them. Didn't know I had small ears.

Don’t know about biking but to give you an idea with jumping (jogs/sprints) and HIIT workouts, I have had no issues with these things falling off. They are really secure and probably the only few times I need to touch them is to adjust them ever so slightly.
