• Depending how loud you have them yes but offer best sound without hindering ambient sounds.

• You’d have to really pump up the volume and be relatively near to another person in a quiet area to have other person potentially hear it. Otherwise, most of the time the sound that travels beyond your headphones gets drowned out by the outside noises from what I experienced.
