• Yes you are able to use your existing key. This lock only replaces what is on the inside of the door. It is easy to install, it took me about 10 minutest to completely install.

• Yes the SimpliSafe lock only replaces the inside portion of your deadbolt. It must be a single lock that has a key on the outside only

• Yes you are. All that you do is remove the inside portion of the deadbolt, then put the simplisafe smart lock on the inside of the door. Refer to the pictures.

• Only a key will work on the door knob, there is no longer a place to insert a key for the dead bolt, just your code unlocks it!
