You need to have the SimpliSafe base station to subscribe to the services. We pay around $25/month and have full system monitoring. So about 25 sensors on does and windows, three cameras, three keypads, doorbell and smart locks on all doors. So much better than past systems we have had. The camera on the doorbell is great.

We have the $24,99 package which does constant monitoring. We don't pay any monthly charge for the doorbell. Love this doorbell.
