Can you change songs using the headset? null

Depends on which headphones you have.

Yes! Double tap the Volume Up button (top) to skip forward and double tap the Volume Down button (bottom) to rewind to the beginning of the current song. Do so once more quickly to skip to the previous song.

Unfortunately no :/. Just pause is all. But the wireless playing is great!
