Probably because there is some sort of interference. I have had same problem with wireless speakers but not headphomes

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It could be because you're blocking the Bluetooth connection some how. It's a Bluetooth thing in general, happens with many different products.

The wires inside connecting to the 3.5mm driver is been damaged and are probably in need of either rewiring or replacement. Regardless, replace those headphones and let best buy take care of it.
