• they rerally do have volume option, but when i found out(keep pressing the bumps on the side) my earphones mixed the volum e and pause button. Now i cant when i push it makes randoms commands. Hod do i fix it?

• The Jib Wired earbuds do not have volume control. The volume will need to be controlled through the device that the earbuds are connected to!
