“Can I control the volume remotely, via a remote or via an app on my smartphone/tablet?”

I am able to control the volume through either the sonos or Spotify app.

Whether on bluetooth or WiFi you can control the volume of your Sonos Move with your smart phone. If you are on Bluetooth you can not use a voice assistant to control volume as the microphone on top of the Move is disabled in Bluetooth mode.

Volume can be controlled remotely by the Sonos App on your smartphone or by the voice assistant if activated.
