• No the play one does not. The Sonos One has Alexa built in. You can however control the Sonos Play One with any Alexa product including the Dot.

• No, not built-in ... but if you already have an Echo or Dot you can link it to the Play:1 to control and route music to it ... ie, Alexa, play pandora in the Kitchen, from what I hear this is a much better solution than the Sonos One which has a crippled version of Alexa and poor microphones.
