If the systems and channels you wish to turn off/on are compatible with the Alexa app or have skills in Alexa, you should be able to do that.

If you get the Sonos 1's that are Alexa enabled, yes you can. I didn't because I already have an Echo and a Dot, but I can ask either one of them to play on my Sonos speakers... and when I'm done, a simple "Alexa stop" command shuts them down after, maybe a 1 or 2 second delay.
