• It should be in your email in less than an hour. you can check on the BestBuy-site the status of your order. if it says that it has been send, you can always ask for the digital card (with redeem instructions) to be resent. Maybe your mailbox is full or the payment didn't go through? always check with the site of BestBuy.com first on the status of your order.
