• No i do not think so just like most stores you cant buy gift cards for gift cards sadly

• I bought this with my best buy points of 100$ and also bought another 25$ gift card with my best buy card. So it should work. Try using the Card option from credit cards instead of the best buy verified option. Worked for me after failing too.
