Why would a person from FB have you purchase a PSN card? Was it a scam? You should speak with Best Buy to cancel it.

That wasnt a person from facebook, they would never ask for a card of any kind, especially not a playstation one. That was a scammer. Contact best buy customer service for the refund though if it hasnt been used

is you lose access to your account always contact sony/psn never use any third party to recover it as its a scam
