Idk about doing it officially. I don't think sony supports that at all. But I do know unofficialy you can. You get some Bose replacement ear cups that supposedly fit perfectly, and there is couple other company's that make ear pads that fit. https://www.massdrop.com/talk/3717/sony-wh-1000-xm-2-ear-pad-replacement-and-mod Just google Sony Wh1000xm2 ear pads and you'll see a bunch of videos and forums with links to them. All in all its a Diy project and you're going to have to do them yourself and unscrew some things. But it's fairly easy to do. You Dont need to be skilled to do it.
