• It's Best Buy. I am dealing with this right now. They'll tell you to wait up to 48 hours and refuse an explanation. Only real way is if people compiled the issues and actually took action together. Otherwise company is just going to keep doing w.e they are doing that makes it take so long. I advise use Target, Walmart & Amazon. Avoid buying digital items from Best Buy.

• I had purchased mine yesterday around early 2 PM. Still have not received mine either. Live chatted & called, but still no luck. Once it takes longer than 10 mins, you most certainly know something isn’t right. To answer your question, I don’t think something like this can ever run out of stock. At the same time, you can’t really rule that out either. (This is probably not the answer you were looking for, but had to respond knowing I’m not alone in this situation.)

• Sometimes delays 2 days to arrive, however you can contact live agent to push it, in my case delayed some hours
