Hi MarkM, We are sorry to hear that you are having an issue switching the input of your BRAVIA TV. This is definitely not the customer experience we want you to have. Please make sure you are using the supplied remote control of the TV when pressing the INPUT or repeatedly to select the connected device. You can also use the (Left) / (Right) buttons to select a connected device, and then press the (Enter) button. You can also power reset the TV by unplugging the TV power cord (mains lead) from the electrical outlet. Then press the power button on the TV and wait for 2 minutes, and plug the power cord (mains lead) back into the electrical outlet. If still unresolved, please contact us.
