Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi samalee, We regret to hear that you are having an issue with the TV. For optimum performance, make sure that the software version of the TV is up-to-date. Performing a power reset may help resolve the issue: 1. Turn off the TV. 2. Unplug the television power cord (mains lead) from the electrical outlet. 3. Let the television remain without power for 2 minutes. 4. Plug the power cord (mains lead) back into the electrical outlet. If the power reset doesn't resolve the issue, reset the TV to factory settings: 1. On the supplied remote control, press the (Quick Settings) or HOME button depending on your TV. 2. Select Settings. 3. The next steps will vary depending on your TV menu options: -Select System → About → Reset → Factory data reset → Erase everything → Yes. -Select Device Preferences → Reset → Factory data reset → Erase everything → Yes. -Select Storage & reset → Factory data reset → Erase everything → Yes. WARNING! Performing a factory data reset will remove all settings in the TV including apps, channels, and wireless network settings. For more information, you can also refer to our support website and search for the support article "How to restart, power reset, or set the Android TV or Google TV back to original factory settings". Hope this helps. If still not resolved or you need further assistance, please let us know.
