“Hi! We just bought this tv but I am not able to connect the tv to my Apple phone. It continues to give me the message that it is not able to connect. I’ve tried it on 2 phones and 2 tablets and nothing. Any advice on how to accomplish this?”

Go through the TV set up for AirPlay and it should work.
