• IF YOU HAVE A SILVERADO 2007 CLASSIC BODY STYLE OR EARLIER MODEL THE ANSWER IS YES, THE MOUNTING BRACKET IS BROKEN. IT HAPPENED TO ME ON A ROUGH ROAD, ORDERED A NEW BRACKET ON AMAZON AND FIXED THE PROBLEM. THERE IS ONLY ONE SCREW THAT HOLDS THE BRACKET ON THE RIGHT SIDE, AND VIBRATION CAN BREAK THE PLASTIC BRACKET. I PUT SOME FOAM PACKING UNDER THE RADIO TO KEEP IT FROM VIBRATING AND IT SEEMS TO BE WORKING FINE NOW.
