• No, the screen tilts at 90 degrees but not all the way up like the 5100.

• Hi MommyMomo! The screen tilts on a hinge-style system, which means you can't flip it 180 degrees for a selfie, but it does come in handy for shooting at odd angles comfortably. -Anthony
