Es muy difícil hacerlo sin leer el manual de instrucciones. Pero siguiendo las indicaciones es muy simple

It is not as simple as pressing a few buttons without reading the instructions on how to do it. I had trouble trying to set it without reading the instructions. Upon reading and following the instructions, I had no trouble setting either the time or the alarms. If you did follow the instructions and still had trouble, you need to contact Sony for help.
