“Does any 4K TV is supposed to display 3840 X 2160 when this Blu Ray player upscales content from 1080P? My 4K Samsung TV only showed 1980 X 1080P when playing a Blu Ray movie. I have a High Speed HDMI cable connected from the player to the TV.”

If your TV, DVD player, and the DVD, are all 4K, then the image on the TV should be in 4K, otherwise there is something wrong, either with the equipment, or the settings.
