QuestionI read that these don't phone calls or media to Androids. Do they stream phone calls and/or media to Apple products?

- Answer No. These are strictly hearing amplifiers. That said, they are the best amplifiers of the 5 I have tried. I have tried two, Jabra and earPod pros, and neither were as good as these Sony aids. I recommend you avoid blue tooth and buds that take calls or stream.

QuestionIs it possible to purchase for a single ear? Can the hearing aide work as a single unit or is it essential to wear both aides to function correctly? What happens to the hearing quality and app control functions if a customer uses just one aide?

- Answer You have to purchase the pair, but you can use either ear one at a time--I do this mostly.

- Answer No, they are not bluetooth connected. And, in my opinion, you don't want them to be. I wear one of my sony aids and put my iPod in the other ear for music etc.

QuestionWhere can I find wax guards and mic screens (aka windscreens) for the CRE-C10 model? Surprised that neither were mentioned in the user guide, at least from what I saw. The screens will fall off over time if anything like the Silk NX model.
