Hi Jburgeratl! Thanks for your great question! Sony does not have a relationship with Nations Hearing and does not bill insurances directly. It may be helpful to find an in-network hearing care provider that dispenses the Sony OTC hearing aids. Please check with your insurance provider to determine coverage and reimbursement for devices purchased in-network vs out-of-network. Make sure to mention that this is an OTC (over-the-counter) hearing aid. Erin
