Q: QuestionJust bought this and the recommended sd disc. Went onto the playmemories site and uploaded 1 video and 5 pics. It says it doesn't recognize the video and is not supported. Can't open on comp either! WTH?!?!?!? Sending back.

Q: QuestionPurchased and used this camera over the weekend. After downloading to my iMac the video is low quality and grainy. What is going on?

• A:Answer The Camera can record and save two file formats at the same time. Check your settings under Image Quality/Size to change the quality and size. The best format is AVCHD. I plug the memory card into my Laptop to download them. Finding the files on the memory card can be a challenge. The MP4 files are lower quality and are in the MP ROOT/100ANV01 folder. The AVCHD files are the largest files. These files are in the Private/AVCHD/BDMV/STREAM folder. I hope this helps.

The camera is able to zoom in during a close up shot but we cannot guaranteed that it will be in focus since there is a minimum focusing distance needed for close up shot to be in focus.
