• The blue tooth version can be used for hearing phone calls but you have to answer through your iphone microphone

• Great question. The CRE E 10 hearing aids offer audio streaming (media or phone call) when used with Apple iPhone, iPad, and iPod devices with iOS version 13 or higher installed. Sony OTC hearing aids are not compatible with Bluetooth streaming on Android devices. Regards, Erin

• Yes, there is an article on Sony’s website to set this up if you search on “Sony E10 hearing aid phone calls” You MUST use an Apple iPhone, these are NOT compatible with Android phones.
