- Answer You should have gotten a confirmation email after your order from Best Buy as well as PayPal if you used them to pay . When you look at your purchase history is the order showing there as order received and then it will go to preparing? If your status shows it's preparing it should be shipping out soon . Your order may have not went through if you don't see it on your purchase history . Good luck

- Answer It actually went on sale at around 1:05 est or 12:05 central. I know because after it sold out on GameStop, I went to Bestbuy.com at 1am and it still was not in stock. Then I got an alert on this app called Tracker that the controller was up for sale at 1:05, so I went to bestbuy.com through the app, clicked on the PS4 pro 500 page I had saved and it said “add to cart” I did and it took me about a 30 seconds to check out.

- Answer Try to send a shoutout to Sony! If enough people do it and Sony notices the demands people have for consoles like this, maybe it will at least force them to make a LOT more available whenever another limited edition console comes out. The 20th anniversary PS4 was worse. WAY WORSE. Only 12,500 or so worldwide. Imagine trying to get that!

- Answer I had this happen to me once before here on BestBuy.com and also on Walmart.com. Someone completed a transaction before you did. I was able to order one this morning. You need to have your account set up with a means of payment attached to it and then click through really fast.
