You should have gotten a confirmation email after your order from Best Buy as well as PayPal if you used them to pay . When you look at your purchase history is the order showing there as order received and then it will go to preparing? If your status shows it's preparing it should be shipping out soon . Your order may have not went through if you don't see it on your purchase history . Good luck
