The batteries for this device are Nickel Metal Hydride (NiMH). The NiMH battery has self-leakage. They will gradually discharge themselves even when not in use. It is best to keep them on the Charger when not using the Headset.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We had the same thing happen with our first pair. Think it was a bad battery. Returned them for another pair and this pair works fine. Also, even though the instructions say you don't have turn turn them off (there's a switch on the left earphone) before you put them on the charger, that's wrong. You DO have to turn them off to charge them. This second pair has been working well.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Be sure they are turned off when they are on the charger.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If the headset is left on while charging it won't hold the charge as it is in use. Try making sure the headset is off when charging. Also be sure the charging tabs are not obstructed keeping it from making good contact. Hope this helps
