“I have the beats pill+ and it's annoying to constantly have to cut the beats pill on and connect my phone after I powered it on. Does this speaker come on automatically once connected to bluetooth or would I have to manually turn it on then connect?”

On my previous Bluetooth speaker I didn’t have to keep connecting but on this one I believe I do
