Make sure Firestick power source is plugged in and connected to Wi-Fi

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.What are you trying to play theough firestick? Usually you connect the firestick to tv and you use hdmi cable to connect TV to the receiver. Hust make sure you use the "ARC" labeled hdmi port both on tv and receiver.
