Use a 2.1 HDMI cable from the PS5 to the TV. From there, connect an HDMI cable from your ARc port on the TV to the receiver. Enjoy!

Make sure that cables are correctly and securely connected to devices. If you want to play HDCP 2.2 content, connect the receiver to an HDMI input jack of a TV that is compatible with HDCP 2.2.
