Hi Mike, Both HTCT380 and STRDH590 are Audio system so you won't be able to connect the soundbar to the AV Receiver. Check this link for the specification of this unit. https://docs.sony.com/release//SPECS/STRDH590_mksp.pdf Regards, -David
