“I have a Bose Acoustimass 700 system with cube speakers at front right, front left and center and two wedge back speakers and an unpowered subwoofer. Will this work with this receiver? The subwoofer is not powered.”

You can hook up the bose but not the sub have to have a amp built in

Just make sure that your speakers are within the nominal impedance rating of 6-16 ohms. And also, only an active subwoofer can be connected to the SUBWOOFER PRE OUT on the stereo receiver.
