Hi Erro, Thank you for your interest in the STRDH590 receiver. This receiver will work with your Vizio smart TV via HDMI or optical connection, but you cannot connect it to your TV via Bluetooth or network connection. And yes, you can connect your iPhone to the unit via Bluetooth as well. Hope this helps! -Sam
