“I have older Yamaha AVR receiver that over heats when I'm watching a movie with exploding sounds or similar it says ck speaker wires and shuts off. Will this receiver do the same? Thanks.”

Please try again later.Hi there, we recommend that the receiver must be install in a location with adequate ventilation to prevent heat buildup and prolong the life of the receiver. Doing so will also prevent encountering such issues you have with your Yamaha AVR.
