“I have older Yamaha AVR receiver that over heats when I'm watching a movie with exploding sounds or similar it says ck speaker wires and shuts off. Will this receiver do the same? Thanks.”

• Hi there, we recommend that the receiver must be install in a location with adequate ventilation to prevent heat buildup and prolong the life of the receiver. Doing so will also prevent encountering such issues you have with your Yamaha AVR.
