• Hi there, Thanks for your inquiry! We apologize, you cannot connect a soundbar to this AV Receiver. The HDMI port is used to connect audio/video devices such as TV, BD player, game console, media box and, cable box. This AV receiver only supports regular speakers. Only the STR-DH190 Bluetooth stereo receiver has an audio analog output for an active speaker or soundbar connection. Hope this helps. Regards, Jess
