“Can you control the volume between front and rear speakers after the auto calibration? Also ... can I connect my Bose Acoustimas 5 series 2 Sub to this receiver? If so, do you have a cable with a Sub-out on the receiver to RCA-in to the Bose Sub?”

After auto calibration you can adjust each of the 5 channels by +/- 10 db. The subwoofer output is an RCA jack so you should be able to connect.
