Make sure that cables are correctly and securely connected to devices. Set “SIG. FMT.” of the selected input to “STANDARD” in the “
” menu. Try replacing the HDMI Cable. If possible, try to connect the receiver to a different TV. If the troubleshooting steps didn't resolve the issue, please reset the receiver to factory settings. Turn off the receiver. Hold down (power) on the receiver for 5 seconds. “CLEARING” flashes on the display panel for a while, then changes to “CLEARED *”.
