“I have a 2013 Vizio TV. When connected to this receiver I keep getting locked out of the picture with a message "content cannot be displayed. connect the receiver with HDMI input on the tv which supports HDCP 2.2.”

To resolve this issue, please try to follow the troubleshooting steps below: Use a High Speed HDMI Cable when connecting the receiver to your TV. Make sure that cables are correctly and securely connected to devices. Set “SIG. FMT.” of the selected input to “STANDARD” in the “
” menu. Try replacing the HDMI Cable. If possible, try to connect the receiver to a different TV. If the troubleshooting steps didn't resolve the issue, please reset the receiver to factory settings. Turn off the receiver. Hold down (power) on the receiver for 5 seconds. “CLEARING” flashes on the display panel for a while, then changes to “CLEARED *”.
