“Hello. If I purchase a Sony receiver listed as "open box", is the warranty of parts 2 years/labor 2 years still in effect? Online it does not list if the "open box" item is excellent, fair, etc. How do I find this out as well.”

Hi Sammisunrise, Thanks for your inquiry. The 2-year limited manufacturer's warranty of this unit is not applicable to an open box unit. Please refer to your authorized dealer to determine if the product is listed as brand new or open box. Hope this helps! -Sam
