“Hello - are you able to use a Bluetooth Headset and pair it with this receiver in order to hear audio being fed through this unit? I sometimes need to play the TV when everyone in the house is sleeping and wanted to utilize a headset.”

The Bluetooth on the receiver is input only; the receiver receives the bluetooth signal from your smartphone or device. You'll have to use a phone cable from receiver to your headphones. A solution would be to use a phone plug-in Bluetooth transmitter, if there is such a device.
