I connected my Apple 4K TV through the receiver but it won’t output in 4K 60hz, only 30hz. The hdmi cable I am using is correct as it works in 4K 60hz when it’s directly connected to the tv. The directions state that it should work. Help! null

We do apologize for the inconvenience. The AV receiver only supports 4K/60p.

I'm sorry but whenever I have an issue I ask BestBuy techs .
