• You'll need to go through a pre-amp from the turntable to the amp.

• Hi RAW45, Thank you for your inquiry. Yes, you can connect your turntable to the Audio IN input of the receiver. However, to connect a turntable that only has a PHONO output jack, you need to connect a phono equalizer (not supplied) between the turntable and this receiver. -Sam
