Yes. It doesn’t have an input labeled Phono, but I plugged mine into the RCA jack labeled “CD input”. Then you can edit the input name that shows on the front of the receiver. But not the button on the remote.

However, if your record player only has a PHONO output jack, you need to connect a phono equalizer (not supplied) between the turntable and this receiver. -Sam
