QuestionWith this UBPX700 player l see in the photo it doesn't have a ac cord for a normal plug in . But it does have a 12 volt port. So has anyone played this unit from 12 volt ? I have a camper and was considering using 12 volt connection. Thanks.

- Answer Hello, No. This Blu-ray player does not have a Bluetooth feature. You may check out the model UBP-X800 or the UBP-X800M2 instead. These models have Bluetooth capability. -Vincent

QuestionBought this unit to play older DVDs, burned on DVD+RW discs. Also have many commercial DVD's. Player "skips" on both playback formats. Skips are one to two seconds, both sound and audio. Incompatibility? Is the player defective?

QuestionI have read that it does stream built-in apps. However, what built-in apps? We don't use cable, but stream everything. Our main streaming service is Hulu, which isn't supported on my last Sony Blu-ray player. Only Prime Video, Netflix, and YouTube.

- Answer Hi WillunitworkwithHDTV, Yes, it will work on your HD TV. You will not lose anything, blu-ray discs will play fine, and 4k discs will just downscale to 1080p. -Sam

QuestionIt is quite likely that this will play the DVD-Video portion of DVD-Audio discs, but will it play the high resolution audio portion of those discs? The specs list SACDs among the playable formats, but not DVD-Audio discs as well.
