Bend over...you've just been screwed by Sony. Google issues about excessive battery drain (within 15 minutes 100% to 0) after 1+ years. A known, well documented defect. Sony does not care..they would be happy to sell you another pair!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Seems like it, I have the same issue after the recent software update.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Same issue. I read that a few people were able to get battery replacements from Sony but you might have to pester them to see some action on their side. Otherwise you can DIY it. Just google the battery type and order a set. You’ll need some little tools (like a phone repair kit), heat gun/hair drier, quality glue and some patience. YouTube has a couple step by step walk throughs. Just be careful with the amount of heat applied if you do it yourself. Otherwise, I imagine most electronic repair shops can handle something like this.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sounds like you left them, multiple times, on charge outlet and burned out the battery bud. Live and learn. Just charge to 95 and unplug next time. Dont go to sleep for the night. Spend money wisely
