If your computer support department can't allow you those headphones as a device using Bluetooth you could look into a Bluetooth transmitter you could plug into your headphone jack outlet on you PC to the transmitter. Then connect to that device. I would talk to your computer support team first as they may offer you another solution. Turn on the headphones and plug in the headphones using a stereo audio cable. Try it at home to see if the noise cancelling has any effect. Hope this helps.

You can use them as passive speakers w/o turning on the headphones this way or you can power them on while still connected to the cable to take advantage of the noise cancelling feature. Unfortunately, connecting this way you cannot use the built in headphone mic. https://helpguide.sony.net/mdr/wh1000xm3/v1/en/contents/TP0001703069.html
